Instructs the 6:30 MMA Class on Tuesdays, helps coach our competitors and fight enthusiast and available for private lessons . Demico was a high school state wrestler and started training at Ring Sports in 2004. He became a professional MMA fighter after being chosen to compete in season 10 of The Ultimate Fighter Heavyweights. Rogers has racked up an impressive MMA record of 6-1.  He trains in Colorado with Trevor Wittman at Grudge Training Center along side UFC fighters such as Shane Carwin, Nate Marquardt, Rashad Evans and Brendan Schaub, among others. Demico has been coached by some of the best trainers and strength coaches in the business and always brings back new and innovative ways to get our students in shape.
